By default, all quarantined messages are displayed in order of score \u2013 the lower the score, the less spam the message is, and the more likely it is to be a false positive \u2013 i.e. not spam.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To filter the search by date, select the<strong> Date range<\/strong> button and specify a range of start and end dates.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To filter on a particular sender and\/or recipient, enter a complete e-mail address in the Sender and\/or Recipient fields respectively.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Results can be sorted by <strong>score<\/strong>, <strong>date<\/strong> or <strong>sender<\/strong> in ascending or descending order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can view a quarantined e-mail <strong>by clicking on the e-mail<\/strong> you wish to examine. The e-mail content will open in a separate window.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: all images in the revised message will be blocked to prevent inappropriate content. If a message is then to be sent to your inbox, original images will be present.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a message has been specified as spam by mistake, you can <strong>release<\/strong> it and have it delivered to your mailbox by clicking on the <strong>Release<\/strong> link for this message. This will automatically forward the message to your e-mail account.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To add the sender\u2019s e-mail address to your whitelist, click on the <strong>Whitelist<\/strong> button. The e-mail address is added to your list of approved senders, and the message is also sent to your mailbox.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To immediately remove a message from your quarantine, click on the <strong>Delete<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To validate multiple entries, tick the box opposite each e-mail and click on the <strong>Release<\/strong> button at the top of the screen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The procedure is similar if you wish to<strong> whitelist<\/strong> or <strong>delete<\/strong> several e-mails.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: you can search using wildcards in the recipient \/ sender fields by using an asterisk; for example, if you use \u201c* @ example\u201d as the recipient e-mail address filter, you\u2019ll get all users of the domain \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/exemple.com\/\">example.com<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Warning<\/strong>: executing very large searches such as <strong>\u201c* a\u201d<\/strong> may result in \u201c<strong>memory saturated<\/strong>\u201d errors.
