class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deliver <\/strong>(you know the sender and want to receive his e-mail despite his spam score)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Whitelist <\/strong>(this is a safe sender and you don&#8217;t want it to be blocked again)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete <\/strong>(Permanently deletes the mail)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Comprendresonrapportdequarantaine-Spams\">Spam<\/h2>\n\n<p>Spam is shown in the yellow box:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" following information to identify the sender:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>date and time of e-mail reception<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the e-mail sender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mail subject<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spam mail score<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Depending on the information, you can <strong>Deliver<\/strong>, <strong>Whitelist<\/strong>, <strong>Delete <\/strong>the mail.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Comprendresonrapportdequarantaine-Virus\">Virus<\/h2>\n\n<p>Viruses are located in the red box:<\/p>\n\n<figure sender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Message subject<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>virus name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Note that for viruses you can only remove them for security reasons!<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Comprendresonrapportdequarantaine-Pi&#xE8;cesjointes\">Attachments<\/h2>\n\n<p>Attachments are located in the blue box:<\/p>\n\n<p>You can use the following information to identify them:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>date and time of message reception<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the message sender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Message subject<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>name of attachment (with frequency at which the quarantine report is received.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>one per day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one per working day (Monday to Friday)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>every Friday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>never receive a report (you can change this setting from the Safemail console if you clicked on it by mistake) <a href=\"https:\/\/support.dfi.ch\/display\/KB\/Comment+Modifier+mon+rapport+de+Quarantaine\">How to modify my Quarantine report<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>It is possible to change what is included in the quarantine report<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All the elements of quarantine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>only new quarantine items since the last report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You can access your quarantine with a single click (without a password, as the link contains an identification token).<\/p>\n\n<p>You can request a new quarantine report containing:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>all the data contained therein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>only new e-mails since the last report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You can empty your entire quarantine with a single click.<\/p>\n\n<p>This action is irreversible and will cause the loss of all spam, viruses and attachments in the quarantine.<\/p>\n\n<p>If no action is taken on your part, e-mails older than 27 days
