To connect to your firewall, you need a VPN Client. You can download it here : FortiClient

• Select the Forticlient client version according to your operating system (Windows or Mac)

How to install FortiClient on MacOS

After downloading the Forticlient version for your Mac, install it.

Once you’ve installed the VPN client, you’ll need to complete the following steps before your VPN connection can be established:

• Granting access to FortiTray :
  

• Go to system preference > Security and privacy :
  
  
  
  
  
• Go to system preferences > Security and privacy > Privacy :
  On the left, select “Full disk access” then check fctservclt and Forticlient.
  

How to install FortiClient on Windows

After downloading, launch the program and follow the instructions below.

• Check ‘Yes, I have read and accept the license Agreement then Next.

• Choose Next as there is no need to change the information below.

• Select : Install

Once installation is complete, select Finish
