When the email encryption option is activated on your Microsoft email address, you will be able to benefit from the email encryption option when sending emails from your outlook or webmail.

It is possible to set up automatic encryption of sent e-mails.

Outlook

In the “Option” menu you have the “Encrypt” menu, which allows you to apply encryption:

Select the desired encryption option

Clicking on the padlock will automatically apply encryption with the “Encrypt only” option.

The “Do not forward” option not only prevents the e-mail from being forwarded, but also prevents the recipient from printing the e-mail screen.

Webmail

In the toolbar, select the 3 dots and click on “Encrypt”.

If you wish to modify the encryption options, click on “Modify permissions” in the banner that appears above your email.

Then select the desired option:

Go to all Outlook settings

Then go to Mail > Customize actions > Toolbar and check the “Encrypt” option.

From now on, this option will be available directly from the toolbar.
