Backup my files
To back up your website files (full backup), proceed as follows:
- Connect to your web hosting Cpanel(how to connect to your Cpanel?)
- Click in
- Select a backup date to download and click on “Download”.
| Note:You can also make a partial backup by exporting an archive of your home directory or MySQL database. |

Restore my files
To restore files that have been previously backupped via Cpanel, you need to unzip the previously downloaded archive and replace the files on the website by connecting via FTP.
Note:
By default, your website is located in the public_html folder in your archive, as shown below:
\backup-supporta-2016-08-17.tar\supporta\homedir\public_html\
