Cancellation Bulk DNS
In order to terminate your service, you must connect to your customer area on dfi-direct.ch(connect to my dfi-direct account).
Once you have logged in, go to your service management page.

Select the product you wish to cancel

Select the “Cancel service” button

Briefly state the reason for your cancellation, select whether you wish to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing period, then proceed to cancel the service.

Warning: deleting the Web Professional service cancels the DNS service. If you want to keep this feature, please order the DNS Hosting Service.
