Description
This page explains how to create a pst file (Outlook archive) to export your emails.
Procedure
In Outlook, click on File → Account settings → Account settings

Click on Data files then Add.

Choose where to save the file.
Then define the file name.
Click OK and close.

Your archive file will appear at the bottom of the left-hand menu in Outlook, under your inboxes.

You can create folders to manage your archives by right-clicking and selecting New Folder.

You can then copy the emails you want to archive into it.
