How do I configure the FTP client?

You must install the FTP client on your computer before downloading and running the script file.

• For instructions, see the FileZilla or Core FTP websites for Windows computers, or Cyberduck site for Mac computers.
• If you encounter problems when trying to configure your FTP client automatically, please ensure that your client is correctly installed on your computer. If the problem persists, consult your FTP client’s documentation.

To configure an FTP client, proceed as follows:

1. Go to and click on Client Configure FTP for the desired FTP account.

1. Click on File FTP configuration under the logo of the desired FTP client. You can choose between Core FTP or Cyberduck.

1. To use another client, configure it yourself manually.
2. Click on Instructions to display detailed instructions for your chosen customer.

1. Open the downloaded configuration script file on your computer. The FTP client automatically opens, configures itself and connects to your FTP server.
