To retrieve my DFi-Direct transfer code, please :
- Log on to your interface at https://dfi-direct.ch/
- Access your domain name:
- Click on “List my domains
- Click on the desired domain.
- Click on “Auth info” in the left-hand menu:
- At the bottom of the page, click on the blue “Request” button:
- Finally, copy the code and send it to your new registrar:
If your domain is not on DFi Direct. In order to get my transfer code, you need to write an e-mail from the domain owner to support@dfi.ch with your contact details.
You will then be given a transfer code that you can communicate to the registrar of your choice.
