In order to make changes to the anti-spam service integrated into office 365 messaging, you must visit the following site: security.microsoft.com

Once connected to the Microsoft365 Defender console, click on“Review” then“Quarantine“.
Once in Quarantine, you can access various options such as unblocking quarantined e-mails or blocking senders.
