Phone overview

Shortcuts

Press the left key to access the call history.

Press the right key to check the line status.

Press to make an internal call.

Press to decrease the ringer volume.

Press to increase the ringer volume.

Press to access the directory.

To switch on the handset, do one of the following

  • Press and the LCD screen will light up.
  • Place the handset in the charger cradle. The handset will switch on automatically.

To switch off the handset

Press and holdto switch off the handset.

Local directory

Add a contact

1. Press OK to enter the main menu and select Phone book.

2. Press Options, then select New contact.

3. Enter the desired values in the Name and Mobile fields .

4. Press the Save function key to accept the change.

Call forwarding

1. Press the Options key during a call, then select Transfer.

2. Enter the number to which you want to transfer the call.

3. Press the Transfer key.

Call forwarding

To activate call forwarding on a specific line

1. Press OK to open the main menu, then select Call functions→Senda call.

2. Press or to select the desired line, then press OK.

3. Press or to select the type of forwarding you require, then press OK.

Immediate—-Incoming calls are immediately transferred.

Busy—-Incoming calls are forwarded when the line is busy.

No answer—-Incoming calls that go unanswered for a certain period of time are forwarded.

4. Select the Activated option in the Status field.

5. Enter the number to which you wish to forward incoming calls in the Target field.

6. Press the Save function key to accept the change.

Do Not Disturb (DND) or Ne pas déranger (NPD)

1. Press OK to open the main menu, then select Call functions→Donot disturb.

2. Select the Activated option in the Status field .

3. Press the Save function key to accept the change.

4. The icon will appear on the handset.

Call Forward

  1. Press OK to open the main menu, then select Call function → Forward a call.
  2. Select the option you’re interested in here for the Busy example
  3. Use the right arrow to set the status to On .
  4. Then enter the Target number for the deviation and click on Save .
