When calling our support team, if you are asked to restart the phone, unplug the red-marked socket or the Internet socket if there is no power supply.

Contact and call management

Local directory

The phone’s built-in directory stores the names and phone numbers of your contacts. You can store up to 1,000 contacts and 48 groups in your phone’s local directory. You can add new groups and contacts, edit, delete or search for a contact, or simply dial a contact from the local phonebook.

Add contacts

You can add contacts to the local directory in any of the following ways:

  • Manually
  • From call history

Add contacts manually

To add a contact to the local directory manually :

  1. Press the Menu function button and use the arrows to select “Phone book”, then press “OK” and select “Local phone book”.
  2. Select the desired contact group, then press “OK”. If the contact you wish to add does not belong to any group, select All contacts, then press “OK”.
  3. Press the Add function key.

4. Enter your name and business, mobile or other number in the appropriate fields.

5. Press “OK or the “Select” softkey to select the desired account in the“Account” field.
If Auto is selected, the phone will use the default account to call the contact from the local directory.

6. Press or , or the Switch function key to select the desired ringtone in the Ring field.

7. Press or , or the Switch function key to select the desired group in the Group field.

8. Press or to select the Photo field, then press “OK”.

9. Press or , or the Switch function key to select the desired photo in the Photo field.

10. Press the “Save” function key to accept the change, or the“Back” function key to cancel.

NB: If the contact already exists in the directory, the LCD screen will display “Contact already exists!

Add contacts from call history

To add a contact to the local directory from the call history:

  1. Menu and select “History” with the arrows and press “OK”.
  2. Press or to select the desired input.

3. Press the “Option” function key, then select“Add to contact” from the drop-down list.

4. Press the “OK” function key. Then enter the contact’s name.

5. Press the “Save” function key to accept the change, and the entry is successfully saved in the local directory.

Delete call history

To delete all call history entries :

  1. Press the Menu function button and use the arrows to select “History” and press “OK”.
  2. Press or to toggle between “All calls, Missed, Placed, Received and Forwarded”.
  3. Press the “Option” function key, then select “Delete all” from the drop-down list.
  4. Press the “OK” softkey.
    The LCD screen displays “Delete all call records?
  5. Press the “OK” function key to confirm deletion, or the “Cancel” function key to cancel.

Ne Pas Déranger (NPD) or Do Not Disturb (DND)

You can use NPD mode to automatically reject incoming calls on the phone. The message ” n New Missed Calls) ” (“n” indicating the number of missed calls) will appear on the LCD, and callers will receive a message indicating that the line is busy. All calls received when NPD mode is activated are recorded in your missed calls list. You can customize NPD mode for each account or for all accounts.

To activate NPD mode

  1. Press the NPD (Do Not Disturb) function key when the phone is idle. The LCD screen displays a list of accounts on the phone.
  2. Press or to select the desired account.
  3. Press or to select “On” and activate NPD mode.
  4. Press the “Save” function key to accept the change. If you activate NPD mode for the default account, the associated line icon will change to , and the icon will appear in the status bar.

If you activate NPD mode for an account other than the default account, only the associated line icon will change to .

Incoming calls on the specific line will be automatically rejected, and the LCD display will show the message ” n New Missed Call(s) ” (“n” indicating the number of missed calls, e.g.: 1 New Missed Call(s)).

NB: When both NPD and “forward if busy” modes are activated for a specific account, calls received on this account will be forwarded to the configured destination number.

Call forwarding

You can configure your phone to forward incoming calls to another person (static call forwarding). You can also forward calls while your phone is ringing (dynamic call forwarding).

Static return

Three types of static return:

  • Always forward: Incoming calls are immediately forwarded.
  • Busy forward : Incoming calls are immediately forwarded if the phone is busy.
  • Ref. No Rep: Incoming calls are forwarded if no one answers after a certain time.

You can customize call forwarding for each account or for all accounts.

To activate call forwarding :

  1. Press Menu->Functions→Call forwarding-> Call forwarding.
  2. Press or to select the desired account, then press the OK function key.
  3. Press or to select the desired forwarding type, then press the OK function key.
  4. Depending on your choice :
    1. If you select Always forward, you can activate call forwarding for a specific account.
      1. Press or , or press the “Toggle ” function key to select On in the Always resend field.
      2. Enter the number of the recipient to whom you wish to forward all incoming calls in the Always Forward field.

  5. Press the “Save” function key to accept the change, or the “Back” function key to cancel.
